It's a shame as I bet this hotel was great back in the day. Location can't be beat. We were able to walk to all the hot spots. But the room was dirty. Linens clean, though. Bathroom outlet broken so couldn't plug in hair dryer or curling iron to do my hair in the bathroom. Staff friendly. Breakfast like others said, not as advertised. No fridge in the room. If you are a coffee drinker note they only have powdered creamer. Lastly, the air conditioner/heater kept us up all night it's so loud. I hope they bring it back to it's formal glory.

This is a horrible place to stay. I found blood on my comforter the first night! I stayed a whole week and they didn't come to clean, replenish towels, or take out the garbage not ONE time. When I needed something they made me come downstairs to get it. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat. The sofa when you first walk into the lobby actually has a piss stain on it. I was seriously catfished by the images on google. Don't waste your time. This is NOT a clean hotel and has terrible customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Good value for the price. Comfortable room. Clean. No restaurants close. Downtown was pretty cold and dead. Buffet breakfast was half a step up from some as I find most of them less than satisfactory.

Stayed for a few weeks. The rooms were very clean and staff was excellent. They definitely helped in making this stay as comfortable as ever. And a shout out to the manager, who goes above and beyond for his guests!
